WEBBMASON PROMOTES TOPFORM SOFTWARE, INC. PRESIDENT/CEO AND VP OF TECHNOLOGY

October 20, 2006, Hunt Valley, Maryland  - WebbMason, a leading national print and brand management company, recently announced its CIO Brian Fritsche joined TopForm’s executive team as the president and CEO and Denise Montroy was promoted to vice president of technology. Webb/Mason acquired TopForm Software, Inc. in August 2006.

Brian Fritsche
As the new TopForm president and CEO, Fritsche oversees the direction of the company, while ensuring the focus remains on customers. “We are going to accelerate our level of product innovation, technical advancement, value added service and customer support,” said Fritsche. “My goal is to develop a strong foundation enabling TopForm to offer high-quality software solutions that are technologically advanced. In addition, Denise’s eleven years of experience at TopForm will help us achieve an outstanding technology division."

In addition to being TopForm president and CEO, Fritshe will continue his role as WebbMason’s CIO and remain part of the WebbMason board of directors. Fritsche has more than twenty years of experience with e-commerce, web-to-print technology and online print procurement.

Denise Montroy
As TopForm vice president of technology, Montroy manages TopForm’s technology division, which includes four departments: customer support, quality assurance, development and on-site services. In addition, Montroy also manages the construction, execution and delivery of TopForm’s technology products and services, as well as ensuring quality assurance is maintained across all four departments.

Montroy previously worked at TopForm for eleven years. Most recently she held the Web.ec product manager position. Web.ec is TopForm’s online real time integrated e-commerce solution. Based in Norcross, Ga, TopForm develops and markets multi-user operational software for print distributors internationally.
