WEBBMASON ANNOUNCES UPGRADES TO EPM ONLINE
Hunt Valley, Maryland, July 29, 2005 - WebbMason, a national print management company announced upgrades to its popular enterprise print management (EPM) online system.
Of the 14 total upgrades, the Level 2 and Level 3 Credit Card Reporting, SAP Enterprise Buyer Integration and Outbound Stand-Alone (Affiliate) Surveys are expected to be the most sought after.
Level 2 and Level 3 Credit Card Reporting gives customers the ability to capture and submit level 2 and level 3 credit card transaction data (Visa and MC only) for P-card transactions. This feature is now available to the sponsor accounts, and the majority of the technical implementation is complete to launch to all customers.
Through OCI Roundtrip (also known as “Tap-Out”), EPM Online now integrates with SAP EBPP. This is now live and in active production pilot with our sponsor account. That makes it possible for these users to purchase printing seamlessly through their own company network.
While Catalog tap-out and order return transactions are specified and somewhat standard, the purchase order transfer can change by customer, and depending upon their implementation choices.
Outbound Stand-Alone (Affiliate) Surveys allows the user to fully export surveys and track results for unregistered users. Users import lists, copy them from personal contacts or existing surveys, and broadcast via e-mail or published through affiliate links and can implement this functionality implemented independently or in combination with existing on-site survey capability.
Other upgrades in to the company’s EMP Online 4.7 include Administrative Enhancements, Multi-Company Cost Center Assignment, File System Reorganization and Remapping, Encryption & Security, Item Usage Report – Detail Graphing, Blanket Approval Requirements, Automatic/Manual Survey Response, User Interface Add/Removes by Group, User Notification for Backorders, Split Billing by Amount, Item Linking.
The company will continue to make timely enhancements to maintain its position as the most advanced, user-friendly print management system.
