From startup and throughout WebbMason's history, Warner Mason has charted the company's vision for growth based on putting the customer at the center of our business. Warner has built a leadership team that includes a majority of long-tenured executives complemented by senior leaders from strategic acquisitions.
After first establishing operations in the Baltimore market, Warner scaled the company by opening profitable operations throughout the United States east of the Continental Divide.
Warner has led strategic acquisitions in marketing technology, digital capabilities and most recently, data science that have brought talent, customers and technology to diversify and expand our offerings and growth.
Kip Webb is a Co-Founder, with Warner Mason, of WebbMason and for 26 years has been a primary contributor to the growth of WebbMason. He has led business development efforts and provided direct support for many of our largest clients. He is well known for his tenacious efforts to create customer-centric solutions that exceed expectations. Today, he continues to personally support a large group of key clients.
A member of the leadership team for 17 years, Ernie Vaile has previously served as our Chief Financial Officer before being named Chief Operating Officer. Ernie has driven efficiencies throughout the Company that have helped WebbMason remain highly competitive in its markets.
Over 20 years ago, Doug Traxler founded WebbMason's Washington D.C. office-its first regional office. Since then, Doug's role has evolved to overall responsibility for management of our national sales force and marketing.
Rich Barbato, a 13 year employee, was appointed recently as our Chief Financial Officer to succeed Ernie Vaile. He previously served as our Vice President of Finance.
With 15 years at WebbMason, Amer Mallah has been a leader in engineering and long-term architectural guidance for the company's operations and client services. Today he leads engineering operations throughout the company.
Lynn Brewton has been with WebbMason for 8 years and serves as Chief Procurement Officer managing all aspects of vendor relationships. In addition, she is Chief Compliance Officer providing oversight for policies and procedures related to data security.
New to WebbMason in 2015, John has provided marketing management and services to AT&T Wireless, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Pepsi, Reuters, Standard & Poor's, Philip Morris, United Technologies, Samsung and many others.
Throughout her twenty year history with WebbMason, Jennifer Black has managed key customer-facing and internal functions. As the "go-to" problem-solving member of the Leadership Team, she has repeatedly led WebbMason's change and transformation efforts as the company planned and managed the challenges of scaling a small company to our current $100+ million state. Today she oversees all of WebbMason's client service teams as well as the processes and systems that are the foundation of how we support our customers.
Brooke Jones joined WebbMason in 2015 via the acquisition of Spry, Inc., a data analytics company. She leads WebbMason Analytics and is responsible for strategy, product development and analytics service delivery.
Dave Rich is a Board Member and consultant who advises the company in strategy, technology and analytics. Until recently he was CEO of Revolution Analytics which was purchased by Microsoft. He is a 28 year veteran of Accenture, where he held multiple positions, including global managing director for Accenture Analytics and managing director of Accenture's CRM services.
Tom Donohue has been with WebbMason for over a year and leads our Northeast Region as well.
Joining WebbMason 10 years ago, Tony Abunassar has led our expansion into digital and direct marketing. Tony works directly with accounts to determine strategy and tactics for marketing campaigns. He is an acknowledged expert in direct marketing, especially for online and offline integrated campaigns. With his team he has created campaigns that have driven extraordinary customer acquisition, cross-selling, renewal and retention. Today he leads the team that provides solutions in advertising, digital and direct marketing.
Scott Bradway has been with WebbMason for 16 years.
Dan Cahill has been with WebbMason for 25 years.
Frank Poeschel has been with WebbMason for 6 years.
Michelle Bengermino has 15 years of history with WebbMason and has led the product vision, development, support and delivery of our software products.
Kevin Perzan leads WebbMason's logistics and supply chain operations throughout our 29 facilities and our entire distribution footprint. Kevin's team's efficiencies drive faster, more responsive service for our customers while keeping our costs-and theirs, under tight control.
