For one MarketingBench client, WebbMason identified a way for the organization to
immediately save $15,000 on print collateral, stationery items, promotional products
and wearables, simply by combining orders in advance of its upcoming events, and
imprinting items such as placemats in a more cost-effective way.
WebbMason manages the promotional marketing strategy including
fulfillment for two of the largest US non-profits. Donors who reach specified contribution
levels are thanked with customized letters and different types of gifts, which WebbMason
warehouses and packages as part of our fulfillment and distribution services.
The program helps the organizations reinforce critical relationships with their
biggest donors.
WebbMason also handles the direct mail control testing for these organizations.
We collaborate with their advertising agencies, then design and execute “control
packages” that test messaging, images and incentive offers to maximize response
rates. Both organizations now nurture leads more effectively, as WebbMason helps
them turn information quickly into personalized messaging.
One of the largest fund-raising programs WebbMason runs for non-profits is an annual
calendar sale for regional churches in the Midwest. WebbMason’s MarketingBench provides
a customized order entry and tracking platform with extensive reporting capabilities
for the organization that sponsors the calendar program. WebbMason also helps shape
the communications directed at the organization’s customer base and manages the
calendar print production as well as the associated billing and collections for
each calendar customer. WebbMason’s efforts have improved manufacturing, shortened
the turnaround time, and yielded savings of more than $100,000 for our client.

unique donation platforms that incorporate social media and allow donors to create
their own personal fund-raising campaigns, select the cause they want to support,
