Warner Mason, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors
Warner Mason is a founding partner of WebbMason, along with co-founder Kip Webb. In addition to heading the company, Warner also supervises the print management services for several major accounts, including McCormick & Company, Sinclair Broadcasting, the Greater Baltimore Medical Center and Baltimore's Mercy Medical Center. “By maintaining daily contact with my customers, I'm able to listen to what they have to say about how we're serving their needs," says Mason. "If we listen to our customers, and do what's best for them, chances are it will be what's best for WebbMason.”
Warner and his wife Cary have two children, Allie and Warner, Jr. The Masons enjoy spending time at the beach and watching their children's sporting activities, which include lacrosse, basketball, field hockey and tennis.

Kip Webb, Executive Vice President and Co-founder
As a founding partner, along with co-founder Warner Mason, Kip Webb has an extensive background in the sales and administration of large print management account contracts, as well as in sales training. His goal at WebbMason is to develop mutually beneficial relationships between the company and its customers.
Kip and his wife Aliese have four children—Alex, Bennett, Konner, and Delaney—and all of them are six years old. When he is not in the office, Kip enjoys spending time with his family, boating, hunting and golf.

Doug Traxler, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Doug Traxler founded WebbMason’s Washington, DC office in 1995—the company’s first regional sales office. Prior to joining WebbMason, Doug spent 13 years with Wallace Computer Services, where he served as Sales Representative, Account Executive and General Manager. While at Wallace, Doug handled numerous high-profile clients, including American Airlines, Southwest Airlines and JC Penny. He also established a National Accounts program for the airline industry and founded the Contract Services Group at Wallace.
Doug joined WebbMason because he saw an opportunity to focus more on solving clients’ problems, and to join a team that is committed to excellence. Doug's overall business goal for his customers remains the same—to transform their organizations in a positive way with measurable impact.
Doug and his wife, Holly, enjoy getting their three children—Dan, Jack, and Tori—to an "unending stream" of baseball, soccer and tap dance events. Doug also admits to having an "unnatural obsession" with golf.

Ernie Vaile, Chief Financial Officer
Ernie Vaile has been with WebbMason since June 1998. As CFO, Ernie supervises the daily activities of the company's Accounting team, and also provides long-range planning for WebbMason’s growth. In addition, Ernie works closely with WebbMason's customers and vendors to ensure that all of the financial relationships are mutually satisfactory. Ernie strives to provide a level of customer services that enables WebbMason to deliver optimal benefits to all clients.
Ernie and his wife, Valerie, have two children, Christina and Danny. In his spare time, he enjoys grilling, golf, movies, reading and spending time with his family.

Brian Fritsche, Chief Information Officer
Brian Fritsche came to WebbMason to create customer-focused solutions in an energetic, exciting and innovative environment. As CIO, Brian strives to deliver useful solutions to customers through listening and active engagement. Brian leads the WebbMason technology team in its continual effort to incorporate client concerns and ideas into the company’s core capabilities and industry expertise. Brian aspires to craft approaches and innovations that will enable customers to exceed their current capabilities. Brian graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems.
When Brian is not in the office, he can be found at home with his wife, Linda, their two children, Savannah and Brian, and the family cat, Splash. Brian also likes to run, swim, lift weights, play tennis and golf, and try his hand at woodworking.

Dan Cahill, Vice President of Sales
Dan Cahill’s history with WebbMason spans 16 years. He was the first salesperson hired by the company in 1991, is the Founder of the Baltimore, Maryland sales office, and serves as a member of the Board of Directors. Dan began his sales career with Wallace Computer Services in 1985. He joined WebbMason to help build a company focused on superior customer assistance. Dan graduated from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
When not in the office, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, and their three children, Sean, Maggie and Gavin. Dan considers golf to be both a hobby and a passion. He also enjoys coaching youth sports and volunteering at his children’s schools.

Jennifer Moag Black, Vice President of Operations
Jennifer Black joined WebbMason in October 1995 after having worked with the company as a client for three years. As Vice President of Operations, Jennifer strives to ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, quality products and services that exceed their expectations. Jennifer oversees all of WebbMason’s customer service representatives, its MarketingBench set-up team and the Corporate Services group.
Jennifer is married and has three children. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, traveling and cooking.

Kevin Perzan, Vice President of Distribution Operations
Kevin Perzan has extensive experience in logistics, with a background in distribution management and transportation. Kevin joined WebbMason seeking to introduce innovative logistical efficiencies to a growth-oriented company. Kevin and his department strive to provide quality, responsive service at all times.
Kevin and his wife, Jennifer, have three children, Miguel, Sofia and Preston. In his spare time Kevin enjoys watching his children play soccer and baseball.

Scott Cottrill, National Vice President of Sales
Scott Cottrill joined WebbMason to work for a company that focused more on customers than profits. At WebbMason, Scott immediately recognized that each employee has the autonomy to make decisions in the best interest of the client's long-term goals. Scott and his national sales team focus on the retail market. He strives to offer the best service possible to make the procurement and distribution of printed products easy and efficient for all clients. Prior to joining WebbMason in 1997, Scott served in Sales and Sales Management with Wallace Computer Services.
When not in the office, Scott enjoys golfing, snow skiing and running. He and his wife have two children, Mary Katherine and Jack, along with two cats and two dogs.

Jerry Reynolds, Vice President of Human Resources
Jerry Reynolds began his relationship with WebbMason as a Human Resources consultant to the firm from 1999 through 2005 before formally joining the company in 2006. Jerry ensures that WebbMason management and employees have the appropriate skills, training and support necessary to provide the best possible service to their customers. He oversees all aspects of the human resources function and provides input and guidance regarding the strategic growth and development of all WebbMason staff. “Our objective is to become the employer of choice – both in our industry and geographically,” said Reynolds.
Jerry graduated from West Point and received a Master’s degree from American University. With over 25 years of experience helping fast-growing organizations, Jerry is well suited to assist WebbMason as it positions itself for future growth.
Jerry and Jeanne, his wife of 33 years, enjoy dining out and visiting transplanted family members in California. Jerry enjoys getting out on the golf course whenever possible, and has recently returned to the squash courts after a very long absence from the game.

Mike Tich, Vice President, Recruitment and Training
As Vice President, Recruitment and Training, Mike is charged with enhancing and modifying WebbMason’s existing Sales Development program, as well as its new Sales Recruitment program. Before joining the WebbMason team, Mike founded two companies in the Baltimore, Maryland area. The first, TKO Doors, grew to become a $20 million specialty door manufacturer. Mike sold the company to SPX Corp. in 2000. Mike’s next venture, Hire Sales Pros, grew to become the ninth largest professional search firm in Baltimore. In January 2007, Mike sold Hire Sales Pros to Entrequest.
When not in the office, Mike and his wife, Jeannie, spend time monitoring the kids, Michael (15) and Julia (12), in their school activities. They also enjoy trips to the beach and traveling as a family.
