Warner Mason, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors
Warner Mason is a founding partner of WebbMason, along with co-founder Kip Webb. In addition to heading the company, Warner also supervises the print management services for several major accounts, including McCormick & Company, Sinclair Broadcasting, the Greater Baltimore Medical Center and Baltimore's Mercy Medical Center. “By maintaining daily contact with my customers, I'm able to listen to what they have to say about how we're serving their needs," says Mason. "If we listen to our customers, and do what's best for them, chances are it will be what's best for WebbMason.”
Warner and his wife, Cary, have two children, Allie and Warner, Jr. The Masons enjoy spending time at the beach and watching their children's sporting activities, which include lacrosse, basketball, field hockey and tennis.

Kip Webb, Executive Vice President and Co-founder
As a founding partner, along with co-founder Warner Mason, Kip Webb has an extensive background in the sales and administration of large print management account contracts, as well as in sales training. His goal at WebbMason is to develop mutually beneficial relationships between the company and its customers.
Kip and his wife Aliese have four children—Alex, Bennett, Konner, and Delaney—and all of them are six years old. When he is not in the office, Kip enjoys spending time with his family, boating, hunting and golf.

Scott Bradway, Vice President of Sales, Atlanta
Scott Bradway is the Founder and Vice President of Sales at WebbMason’s Atlanta, Georgia office. Prior to joining WebbMason, Scott spent 13 years with Wallace Computer Services, most recently as Regional Manager in Nashville, Tennessee. At Wallace, Scott was responsible for eight markets. He joined the WebbMason team to build his own business on a solid foundation of customer service and cost savings.
Scott and his wife, Lee, have two sons, Parker and Brooks. When he isn’t watching or coaching his children’s sporting activities, Scott can be found golfing or playing tennis.

Dan Cahill, Vice President of Sales
Dan Cahill’s history with WebbMason spans 16 years. He was the first salesperson hired by the company in 1991, is the Founder of the Baltimore, Maryland sales office, and serves as a member of the Board of Directors. Dan began his sales career with Wallace Computer Services in 1985. He joined WebbMason to help build a company focused on superior customer assistance. Dan graduated from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
When not in the office, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, and their three children, Sean, Maggie and Gavin. Dan considers golf to be both a hobby and a passion. He also enjoys coaching youth sports and volunteering at his children’s schools.

Scott Davis, Vice President of Sales, Boston
Scott Davis joined WebbMason in 1996 as the Founder and Vice President of Sales at WebbMason’s Boston office. Prior to joining WebbMason, Scott worked for Wallace Computer Services, providing print solutions for financial, retail and transportation customers in the Boston marketplace. For Scott, WebbMason provides the infrastructure and support to handle all of his customers’ needs.
Scott and his wife, Lori, have two sons, Chris and Jeff. Scott is an avid soccer player who also enjoys skiing and boating.

Roger Koeppen, Vice President of Sales, Chicago
Roger Koeppen is the Founder and Vice President of Sales at WebbMason’s Chicago office. Roger has extensive experience in sales and sales management, with a focus on facilities management, finance and operations. Roger believes that customer satisfaction is a driving goal, along with a thorough understanding of operations and technology. He joined WebbMason for the opportunity to run his own office—with a company run by sales-minded people willing to reward good sales efforts. His goal for the customer is to solve operation and financial issues as they relate to print by providing the customer/buyer and their customers with a professional, fun and satisfying relationship while solving their operational and financial needs.
Roger and his wife, Cindy, have three children, Nicholas, Macey and Nina. The family also has a dog named Mac. When he is not in the office or spending time with his family, Roger enjoys golfing, fishing, gardening and various handyman projects.

Jim Cullen, Vice President of Sales, Houston
Jim is the Founder and Vice President of Sales at WebbMason’s Houston, Texas office. He joined the company in 2000 after 20 successful years in sales and sales management with Duplex Products, Inc. and Reynolds & Reynolds. He has managed national and local accounts, and has consistently achieved the highest levels of sales across all forms of business disciplines. His passion is to provide his clients with solutions that surpass their expectations and goals. He joined WebbMason to work for a single-source supplier that represents the best business model for meeting the diverse needs of its customers.
A former National Racquetball Champion, Jim still enjoys competitive racquetball and spending time with his wife, Kathleen.

Scott McConnell, Vice President of Sales, Nashville
Scott McConnell is the Founder and Vice President of Sales at WebbMason's Nashville, Tennessee office. He has been with WebbMason since January 2003. Previously, he spent 13 years in the print industry holding positions in sales and sales management. Scott brings to WebbMason expertise in developing new accounts and implementing print management programs. He joined WebbMason because he believes that the company has the most talented people in the industry, as well as the best business model for entrepreneurial growth and development. He strives to develop long-term business relationships by treating each client as if they were the only client.
Scott and his wife, Liz, have been married since 1997, and have two daughters, Maggie and Abby. When he is not spending time with the three ladies in his life, Scott enjoys playing golf, entertaining friends and coaching his daughters’ soccer teams.

Kevin Brennan, Vice President of Sales, New York/New Jersey
Kevin Brennan has been the Founder and Vice President of Sales for the New York and New Jersey region since 1999. Prior to joining WebbMason, Kevin spent 16 years at a major print manufacturing company, mainly serving the financial services industry. During that period, he managed numerous major accounts, including Dean Witter, Shearson Lehman, and Merrill Lynch. Foreseeing the print industry’s shift toward technology-driven solutions, Kevin recognized that WebbMason’s business model was best suited to meet this change. Kevin received a Bachelors degree in Business from Fairfield University in 1982.
Kevin and his wife, Colleen, have four children, Meghamn, Kara, Kendall and Kevin, Jr. When not in the office, Kevin enjoys playing golf and softball. Most of his time, however, is spent coaching his children, participating in community events and enjoying his family.

Rich Morelli, Vice President of Sales, Philadelphia
Rich Morelli is the Founder and Vice President of Sales at WebbMason’s Philadelphia/New Jersey office. Rich joined WebbMason in 2001 to help build a strong presence in the Philadelphia/New Jersey region. Prior to joining WebbMason, Rich worked primarily in Sales and Sales Management at Wallace Computer Services. He brings to his clients extensive experience in direct mail marketing and corporate commercial print marketing. He has led sales and sales teams for numerous large-scale corporate accounts, including American Express, Citibank, J&J, AT&T and SAP. Rich strives to expand WebbMason’s scope of services into the direct marketing arena.
When not in the office, Rich enjoys running, golfing and supporting the local sporting events in town with his family. He and his wife, Joan, have three children, Robert, John and Lauren. Joan and Rich are also involved in youth sports and their kids' schools.

Chris Berexa, Vice President of Sales, Pittsburgh
Chris Berexa is one of WebbMason’s newest Founders, recently opening the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office as Vice President of Sales. Chris brings more than 13 years of experience in print production and print management to the WebbMason team. Chris looks forward to introducing WebbMason’s “customer first” approach to the Pittsburgh market. Chris brings extensive experience in implementing new print management programs and working with clients to develop long-term partnerships. He also brings invaluable experience managing the production and implementation of successful direct mail programs, sophisticated commercial printing projects, and forms and label manufacturing.
When not in the office, Chris enjoys traveling with his wife and three children, playing golf, coaching his kids’ athletic teams, attending sporting events, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Howard Wilkes, Vice President of Sales, Richmond
Howard Wilkes is the Founder and Vice President of Sales at WebbMason’s Richmond, Virginia office. Prior to joining WebbMason, Howard spent the majority of his career with Coverbind Corporation, a Wilmington, North Carolina manufacturer of thermal binding systems and covers. He also spent several years in investment banking, working closely with Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, MetLife and General Electric. For WebbMason, Howard brings expertise in on-demand marketing fulfillment services, providing sales and resellers with the online marketing support they need when they need it. His goal for the customer is to provide them with cost savings, processing efficiencies, and exceptional service and attitude.
Howard is married with four very active children, Kate, Billy, Brennan and Caroline. The Wilkes also have a wild lab/beagle mix named Rigby and two hermit crabs. When not in the office, Howard enjoys spending time with his wife, and playing club tennis and golf.

G.E. Haskins, Vice President of Sales, Shelbyville
G.E. Haskins, Jr. is the Founder and Vice President of Sales at WebbMason’s Shelbyville office. Prior to joining WebbMason, G.E. spent 16 years atGlobalDocuGraphiX, where he built the company’s leading sales office. After GlobalDocuGraphix filed for bankruptcy, G.E. founded the Shelbyville sales office of WebbMason in 2006, where he and his team strive to save customers money over the long term, and to serve as a single-source supplier for print materials and packaging products.
G.E. and his wife, Dena, have been married for over 25 years. For the past 15 years, Dena has also worked with G.E. as his Customer Service Representative. The Haskins have two children, Blair, currently a freshman playing left and center field for the Motlow Community Junior College baseball team, and Alexys, who is in elementary school and plays softball and soccer. When G.E. and Dena aren’t cheering on their kids at a sporting event, you can find them at a nearby lake, the beach, or hanging out by the pool.

Mark Smith, Vice President of Sales, Tampa Bay
Mark Smith is the Founder and Vice President of Sales at WebbMason's Tampa Bay office. Mark is an industry veteran with over 24 years of experience in the Tampa Bay market. Mark has spent much of his career as an account executive with a local print manufacturer serving major accounts in area. Mark also has extensive print production experience, having helped guide his previous company into several new manufacturing ventures.
Mark wants to build WebbMason into a household name in the Tampa Bay area by providing unsurpassed customer service, technological innovation and distribution solutions, while also offering cost savings that help clients meet their business objectives.
Mark has been married to his high school sweetheart, Anne, for 26 years. Their oldest son, Mark, is making his way in New York City. Their youngest, Kyle, is a student at Florida State University. When he’s not in the office, Mark enjoys travel, cruising in his Ford Mustang Shelby convertible, and following the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Tampa Bay Rays.

Doug Traxler, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Doug Traxler founded WebbMason’s Washington, DC office in 1995—the company’s first regional sales office. Prior to joining WebbMason, Doug spent 13 years with Wallace Computer Services, where he served as Sales Representative, Account Executive and General Manager. While at Wallace, Doug handled numerous high-profile clients, including American Airlines, Southwest Airlines and JC Penny. He also established a National Accounts program for the airline industry and founded the Contract Services Group at Wallace.
Doug joined WebbMason because he saw an opportunity to focus more on solving clients’ problems, and to join a team that is committed to excellence. Doug's overall business goal for his customers remains the same—to transform their organizations in a positive way with measurable impact.
Doug and his wife, Holly, enjoy getting their three children—Dan, Jack, and Tori—to an "unending stream" of baseball, soccer and tap dance events. Doug also admits to having an "unnatural obsession" with golf.

Sarkis Hagopian, Vice President of Sales, Washington, DC
Sarkis Hagopian is the Founder and Vice President of Sales for the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia region. A 24-year print industry veteran, Sarkis started his career with a major print manufacturer servicing high profile accounts such as ExxonMobil and The American Red Cross. In 1998, he joined WebbMason because the company provided his clients with the highest level of service and responsiveness in the industry. Sarkis offers each client a unique combination of ad agency creativity and print industry experience, which results in recommendations that are both innovative and cost effective. He attributes his professional success to always putting his clients’ needs ahead of personal and company short-term gain.
Sarkis is happily married to his wife, Neva, of 19 years. He is also the very proud father of two sons, Alek (15) and Armen (12), whose success and happiness is one of Sarkis’ greatest personal achievements.
